Paul Hodge
Dr. Paul Hodge has been with Allegan Eyecare since it was established in February 1989. He graduated from Allegan High School in 1979 and received his Doctor of Optometry degree in 1985 from the Michigan College of Optometry at Ferris State University.
Dr. Hodge is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry, a member of the American Optometric Association, the Michigan Optometric Association where he serves as a trustee on the Board of Directors, and the Southwest Michigan Optometric Society. He has been involved in community affairs both past and present. Some of these activities include Allegan Jaycees, 12 years on the Allegan Public Schools Board of Education, Allegan Dollar for Scholars, Allegan Knights of Columbus, Allegan Lions Club and finance committee member of Blessed Sacrament Church.
Dr. Hodge resides in Allegan with his wife Vicki and has two adult children, Amanda and Christopher.
Dale Wittkop
Dr. Dale Wittkop has been with Allegan Eyecare since 1998. He is a 1975 graduate from Dundee High School. He received his Doctor of Optometry degree in 1985 from the Michigan College of Optometry at Ferris State University. Dr. Wittkop served eight years of active duty in the United States Navy. He is active in the Allegan Lions Club serving as president 2005-2006, also serves as Trustee on the Allegan Public Schools Board of Education and Trustee on the Allegan Education Foundation.
Dr. Wittkop resides in Allegan with his wife and son.
Susan Kridler
Susan Kridler has been employed with Allegan Eyecare since 1999 as Office Manager since 2000. She is a 1983 graduate of Gobles High School. Susan is a past member of the Allegan Jaycees, former Odyssey of the Mind coach, former 4-H leader and Assistant Superintendant for Dairy Goats in Van Buren County.
Susan resides in Allegan with her husband Rick and they have four adult children, Kyle, Justin, Kayla and Joshua.
Scott Chenard
Scott Chenard has been employed with Allegan Eyecare since 1995. He graduated from Forest Hills Central High School in 1984 and received an Associates Degree from Grand Rapids Community College; he also attended Western Michigan University. Scott is a Board Certified Optician. He is very active in the community and serves in the Allegan Lions Club, Allegan County Explorers 4X4 Club (ACES) and Allegan County Search and Rescue. He is also a member of the Cabaret Band Show band. Scott has gone on many missions to La Esperanza Honduras with Michigan Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity (MI VOSH). He has also served two terms as the MI VOSH President.
Scott Resides in Allegan with his wife and two children.
Dan Gratz
Dan Gratz has been employed at Allegan Eyecare since 1998. He graduated from Hopkins High School in 1983 and Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1987. Dan is a Board Certified Optician. He has been involved in many community groups including the Knights of Columbus, Allegan and Twin Cities Jaycees, Junior Chamber of International Senate, the Hopkins FFA Alumni and has served on the Allegan Downtown Development Authority for a number of years.
Dan resides in Allegan with his family.
Dede Lewis
Dede Lewis has been employed with Allegan Eyecare since 2001. She graduated from Allegan High School in 1979. She is currently involved in the Cheshire Township area 4-H group.
Dede resides in Allegan with her husband Ray and two adult children, Carrie and Stephen.
Sarah Kurtz
Sarah Kurtz has been employed with Allegan Eyecare since 2006. She graduated from Allegan High School in 2004. She is a member of the Allegan Eagles. Sarah made her first trip with MI VOSH (Michigan Volunteer Optometric Services to Humanity) to Honduras in 2010.
Sarah resides in Allegan.
